2. Return Shipping: For returns or exchanges, the cost of the return shipping label will be the customer's responsibility unless the item(s) received were defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Refunds and Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account statement.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will gladly replace or refund the item(s) and arrange for return shipping, if applicable.
